Could I have fat transfer to the cheekbone area under local anaesthetic rather than a general?

Answer

It is possible to carry out fat transfer treatment under local anaesthesia, but it does involve injections to numb the areas, which is why it is probably more comfortable to have at least some intravenous sedation.
