I am 32. I have deep irregular tear troughs. I would like to have fat grafting. Is this possible?

Answer

It is possible to use fat transfer for improvement of the tear trough regions, but most of the time it is preferable to use a combination of fat transfer and injectable filler to avoid over-correction.

The characteristics of the tear trough region vary significantly, in terms of the shape as well as properties of the overlying skin. Individualised treatment if necessary for optimised outcomes.
