I would like to know your prices for the jowls to be lifted or tighten near the mouth, I am not sure if this is a facelift or buccal pad removal?

Answer

As your question already suggests, it is impossible to be sure regarding the best course of treatment for your situation without a consultation.

The treatment for the volume in the gel region depends on the elasticity of the overlying skin. If the overlying skin is reasonably strong and elastic, volume reduction with liposuction can be suitable, otherwise a facelift intervention may be preferable.

The buccal fat reduction typically needs to volume correction further laterally in the cheek and does not sound like the best course of treatment for what you describe.
