Question

I have one eyebrow noticeably higher than the other. It is higher nearest my nose and then slants downwards.

I don't want an eyebrow lift as my other eyebrow is in the perfect position. Is it possible to lower the part of the eyebrow that is too high so it is more even with the other? I am looking for a permanent solution and not botulinum toxin.

Answer

Your concern does not come under a typical surgical intervention.

Reverse brow lift would typically address the lateral brow lowering, but it is possible to customise surgical interventions to the need of individual patients.

I would be happy to evaluate the problem in a consultation, but my impression is that it would be a safer approach to use botulinum toxin for improved symmetry.
