I am looking into having facial fat transfer.
I'd appreciate it if you could let me know the following:
I am afraid I do not carry out stem cell enhanced fat transfer, at least for the time being.
The donor site depends on your preference and fatty tissue availability. Most frequently the lower abdomen is used.
Whilst vacuum pressure during harvesting has been portrayed as being relevant, it doesn't seem to hold true in all the studies. It is possible to harvest it at the medium negative pressure if it represents a specific requirement for you.
In my practice, facial fat transfer is classified as a small intervention if it is primarily targeting one area (instance malar region) or intermediate if it targets multiple areas.
