Question

Are you able to make a bulbous nose smaller and also the nostrils a bit smaller? I think the skin is quite thick and I know that can be more difficult, but can it be done?

Answer

It is indeed possible to reduce the size of the nasal tip as well as the nostrils through surgery. I would be happy to see you in consultation and discuss your requirements using computer imaging and simulation, and at the same time give you some guidance regarding feasibility.
