Question

Can you have a tummy tuck and lipo together with a lower face lift with neck lift and lipo all at the same time?

Answer

In my practice, this extent of surgery is never done together and although it is possible for the patients to go through this type of experience, it becomes more challenging during the recovery and increases significantly the risks for deep vein thrombosis due to the extent of the surgery in addition to tummy tuck.

I would suggest separating abdominoplasty and the liposuction to the body from the facial surgery.
