Question

I have a really big nose and the bridge of my nose looks very flat. When I smile, my nose stretches so it is the same length as my lips. It looks very unattractive and I would definitely like it fixed.

What type of rhinoplasty is recommended for this?

Answer

Reduction rhinoplasty surgery typically addresses these types of concerns.

My approach is to use computer imaging and simulation during the consultation to determine what it is that you would like to achieve and establish a surgical plan based on it. Needless to say, the results of surgery are never identical to the simulation, but fine-tuning the treatment plan has in my opinion value to optimise outcomes.
