Question

I have a really bulbous nose tip and my nose is quite large. Will having a rhinoplasty look really a bit weird on my face? Will it dramatically change? I am really scared it will look like I have had a nose job.

Answer

One of the best ways to evaluate the impact of shape change of the nose in the context of the facial appearance, is using computer simulation in 2-D and 3-D.

Although it is not possible for the surgery to exactly reproduce the computer image shape, it is often possible to come within reasonably close range.

There are many factors that influence the perception of the result, and ultimately the patient is the best judge.
