Question

I have had two nose jobs and I am not 100% satisfied at all, It is a long nose but from the left side of my nose it still looks big. I want it to look small. I know the length is suited to my face but I want it to be thinner from the left side. I have rang some clinics and they refuse to do an operation as I have already had two done in past.

Answer

I am happy to carry out secondary rhinoplasty interventions, and normally, at the time of the consultation I try to evaluate together with the patient what it is that they like to achieve using computer imaging and simulation. This allows both understanding better whether the surgery can achieve the desired changes, and also what would be the procedures involved in order to reach the target.
