I would like to know if you are able to help me, I really don‘t like the tip of my nose as it comes down a lot and its really big for my face.

Answer

I would be happy to see you in consultation and discuss with you using computer imaging and simulation what it is you would like to achieve and whether it would be surgically feasible.

Reduction rhinoplasty is probably the most common request for nose reshaping, and it typically involves some correction of the angle between the tip of the nose and upper lip.
