I‘ve been looking into ethnic rhinoplasty for a few years to improve the appearance of my nose and a slight scar on my nostril caused by injury as a child.

After reading a few similar questions asked by others of afro decent and before and after photos I know you are the surgeon I should see. Could this type of surgery improve the scar on my nostril?

Answer

I would typically evaluate in consultation using computer imaging in 2D or 3D what is the type of change that you would like to achieve, and discuss based on this the type of surgery that would be suitable.
