Question

My face is quite asymmetrical, with the left side being smaller and older looking than the right. Would it be possible to make the left side bigger and fuller to match the right side more?

Answer

I would like to mention that you are very observant, but also that this problem affects everybody to variable degrees.

There are alternatives to enhance the volume of one side of the face, but in general terms it is better to achieve a symmetry of local relationships rather than to achieve a symmetry in measurements for some of the components of the face.

This can be explained more readily using computer imaging and simulation.
