Question

Recently I had a Gynacomastia surgery, and now I have hard lumps behind my niples which sometimes hurts, is it normal? Is there a possibility of something more serious?

Answer

The breast tissue is commonly sensitive for a period of time after gynaecomastia surgery.

If you have concerns regarding lumps in the breast you should discuss it with your surgeon, and possibly have an ultrasound scan to clarify the diagnosis.

The fact that the problem is symmetric on both sides, is more likely to signify simple recovery aspects rather than anything more sinister.
