Question

I was wondering what do you recommend for breast enalrgement to be the best: implants or fat transfer?

I have had 4 children and am I size 34b and would like a more fuller breasts.

Answer

This question can only be suitably answered in a consultation because it is a matter of degree of volume enhancement as well as the shape of the breasts that may tip the balance in favour of one type of treatment or the other, apart from considerations regarding safety and long-term expectations.

In general terms, fat transfer will be able to achieve smaller volume augmentation than breast implants, but can be more targeted regarding the volume in the cleavage area or upper quadrants of the breasts, or for improvement in the level of symmetry of the breasts.
