Do you offer the hyaluronidase treatment and how much would your costs be?

Question

I had some filler done in my cheeks, nose to mouth area and upper lip over a year ago and the result was not attractive.

My nose to mouth area is very overfilled and the contours of my face do not look good. It seems that the left side is not breaking down very much and I have exhausted the use of my electric tooth brush and massage since everyone warned me against having hyalase, however I think it may be just what I need.

Do you offer the hyaluronidase treatment and how much would your costs be?

Answer

I do offered the option of hyaluronidase injections, and the cost is usually £300 per treatment. Please bear in mind that they are only effective for hyaluronic acid based injectable fillers, and before you contemplate this treatment you should find out exactly what was used in your case.

In some instances though, not all the swelling following filler injection goes away. I suspect this is related to of some scar tissue building up at the point of injection, most likely because of some bleeding triggered at the time of the treatment.

It is no doubt worthwhile starting with the hyaluronidase if your filler injection was indeed a hyaluronic acid-based filler, and if the swelling decreases only in part and leaves behind a small but firm nodule, steroid injections may improve things further.
