I am looking for Coleman fat transplant to repair a temporal defect incurring from traumatic head injury in 2010.

Answer

It is important to understand whether following the injury there has been also loss of bone support to the area, as it would require a more complex reconstruction.

Sometimes, the temporal defect is only related to atrophy of the temporal muscles, and in this situation a number of options are available including: fat transfer, injectable fillers, implants, typically custom-made.

I would be happy to see you and evaluate the situation, but it would be important to have information regarding the injury and treatments received.
