I had a breast reduction in 2006 and since that time I've had children and my breasts are now less of a shape than they should and feel empty. What can I do about this, I'm a medical student and saving up would take a long time so what's my best option to save up for?
The first point is regarding possible future pregnancies, and if you are contemplating having more children it may be preferable to defer surgery until afterwards.
From your description, I would imagine a combination of breast implant augmentation and possibly skin tightening may be suitable. If the volume augmentation that you seek is relatively small or moderate, there is also the option of using fat transfer. Inevitably, it would be more appropriate to evaluate these points in a consultation, but by and large the timing would very much depend on whether you are contemplating more pregnancies.
