Question

I had fat transfer approx. four years ago and always hated it, it has produced a vertical line across my upper lip (under my nose). As time goes by is becoming more noticeable. What can I do?

Answer

What you are describing is a relatively superficial treatment, and I have not used triamcinolone injection other than forward deep seated deposits. I imagine that he can work, but there did also carry some risks notably of thinning of the skin, redness or excessive reduction. I would be happy to have a look at a photographs on the area and give you more guidance.
